Luray Caverns – June 12

Meet at KLUA at 10AM.
Luray Caverns is the largest cavern complex in the U.S. Walking through it is an unearthly experience.
Tours along lighted, paved walkways lead visitors through cathedral-sized rooms with ceilings 10 stories high, with towering stone formations and natural wonders at every turn.
There is also a Car & Carriage Museum with over 75 historic vehicles.
Fly into KLUA, with over a 3,000 foot runway, instrument approaches and fuel.
The cavern entrance is lest than 1 mile walk on country roads. There is food on-site and other fast food restaurants adjacent. The friendly FBO will arrange a ride for anybody not into walking.
Arrive at 10AM.
